Storage:

Has a shelf life of 1–2 years. Palm oil remains stable and usable for 1–2 years when stored properly in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Due to its natural composition, it may solidify at cooler room temperatures, which is normal and does not affect quality. To maintain freshness, always keep the container sealed tightly and store it away from heat and moisture.

Palm oil, derived from the fruit of the oil palm tree, is a widely used and naturally reddish oil prized for its stability, long shelf life, and high cooking performance. Made from 100% pure palm fruit, it is rich in saturated and monounsaturated fats, as well as fat-soluble antioxidants like vitamin E (tocotrienols) and beta-carotene, a precursor to vitamin A. With a moderate to high smoke point, palm oil is well-suited for frying, sautéing, and baking, especially in commercial and high-volume kitchens. Its semi-solid nature at room temperature makes it a key ingredient in margarine, shortening, and processed foods. Beyond culinary use, palm oil is also utilized in cosmetics and soaps for its emollient and conditioning properties. Versatile, stable, and nutrient-dense, palm oil remains a cornerstone in both food and personal care industries.
